Philip S. Hollman

Prior to joining Resolution-Now, Judge Hollman served as the Supervisory Judge of the New Hampshire Superior Court Martial Division. Between his retirement and his first judicial position as Associate Justice of New Hampshire Superior Court, Judge Hollman presided in all the Superior Courts in NH, with the exception of Coos County.

Since his retirement, Judge Hollman has accepted assignments for the NH Superior Courts including chairing medical malpractice screening panels and sitting as a judicial referee. He has also acted as a mediator in privately engaged mediations.

Judge Hollman started his legal career at Doherty & Dyer, a law firm in Laconia before serving as Captain in the US Air Force, JAG Corps at Loring Air Force Base in Maine for three years. He then returned to civil practice, opening Porter, Hollman & Porter in Manchester. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association since 1962.

Judge Hollman is currently serving as President for the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation’s committee to revise the rules applicable to medical malpractice screening panels in NH.
