Bruce E. Mohl

Prior to joining Resolution-Now, Judge Mohl served as an Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Superior Court for almost 20 years, and presently serves as a retired Senior Judge on the Superior Court. Judge Mohl has over 35 years experience as a trial lawyer and as a judge in over a thousand jury and non-jury trials. His trial experience extends to multiple areas, including personal injury law, employment law, professional malpractice litigation, administrative law, construction law, and civil rights litigation. Judge Mohl has also served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. His appellate experience includes numerous appeals in the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has trained as a Mediator in the New Hampshire Superior Court and at the National Judicial College, and as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.

Prior to his appointment to the New Hampshire Superior Court, Judge Mohl served as New Hampshire’s Deputy Attorney General, overseeing the civil and criminal practice of the Attorney General’s Office. Since graduating from law school, he maintained an active litigation practice in state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, much of it in complex multi-party commercial, governmental, and regulatory cases until his appointment to the Court. Judge Mohl is a graduate of Hamilton College and received his JD from Boston University Law School in 1971.
